Step 2: Complete Intake Forms
Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive medical and symptom intake forms to help us understand your concerns and make the most of your consultation time.
Step 3: Your 60-Minute Consultation
Meet with Dr. Dahan or Dr. Khan for a detailed assessment to understand your symptoms and determine whether treatment may be appropriate.
Step 4: Receive Your Treatment Plan
If treatment is recommended, we’ll present a personalized plan tailored to your specific condition and needs.
Step 5: Begin Treatment
Start your path to relief with proven, non-surgical therapies customized for you.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Regular follow-up visits ensure your treatment is effective and comfortable, with adjustments as needed.
New Patient Consultations
All new patients begin with a 60-minute consultation in our clinic with Dr. Dahan or Dr. Khan. During this visit, we perform a detailed assessment to understand your symptoms and determine whether TMJ therapy or sleep apnea treatment may be appropriate.
The consultation fee is $350 (dental insurance code 01204).
Patients pay the clinic directly at the time of the appointment and we provide a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your dental insurance for reimbursement. We do not direct bill insurance companies, and our services are not covered by OHIP.
If treatment is recommended, therapy for TMJ disorders or sleep-breathing disorders typically ranges between $3,000 and $4,500, depending on the complexity of the case and the treatment required.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical and symptom intake form to help us better understand your concerns and make the most of your consultation time.
